4/2 gener8tor webinar

Indiana Economic Development Corporation has partnered with gener8tor, a business startup accelerator, to provide a series of webinars to introduce resources for Indiana’s small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Thursday’s webinar was led by Johnnie Walker with inDinero, a firm that assists companies with accounting, tax, and CFO support. The focus was on planning and business management strategies.  Topic include:

  1. Cash preservation
  2. Contingency planning
  3. Staffing – layoffs vs furloughs
  4. Consider outsourcing
  5. Communicating with your stakeholders
  6. Impacts on fundraising and investment
  7. Cash flow forecasting model
